Don't settle for old school sports drinks.
Drink a sports drink thats better than yesterdays.
Sports drinks haven't changed in over 40 years. We decided to change that.

We thank the Ade's for all their hard work, but we will take it from here.

The science.
SODIUM
Sodium helps regulate fluid balance in the body by retaining water, preventing dehydration. It enhances water absorption in the small intestine, helping athletes stay hydrated more efficiently than water alone. Sodium is the most important electrolyte when it comes to hydration - and we have the most per serve in the market.
MAGNESIUM
Magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle contraction and relaxation. Low levels can lead to muscle cramps, spasms, and fatigue, making it essential for athletes. It is a key player in ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, which is the main energy source for muscles during exercise.

POTASSIUM
Potassium works alongside sodium to regulate fluid balance, ensuring proper hydration and preventing dehydration during intense exercise. It plays a critical role in muscle contraction and nerve signaling. Low potassium levels can lead to muscle cramps, weakness, and premature fatigue.
SUGARS
Sugar aids in the sodium-glucose co-transport mechanism in the small intestine, which speeds up water and electrolyte absorption, improving hydration efficiency. A level of sugar is important as glycogen stores deplete during exercise, leading to energy crashes. Sugar helps sustain blood glucose levels, delaying fatigue and maintaining performance
